We are looking for AGILE MASTER who wants to learn and transform his career.
In this role you will:
• Support the Product Owner in his tasks of defining and prioritizing requirements;
• Facilitate the resolution of impediments related to the performance of other client teams within the project;
• Facilitate the resolution of impediments related to the performance of the CONTRACTED PARTY's team;
• Monitor the team's production ensuring that the task board is updated;
• Support the team to meet the backlog within the priorities defined by the PO(s);
• Ensure that the ceremonies defined in the Agile frameworks take place and have the expected result;
• Participate with the team in SAFe® ceremonies and represent them whenever the team's presence is not necessary, for example, at Scrum of Scrums;
• Act to resolve open incidents regarding applications supported by the team within the desired SLA, working to resolve doubts between the applicant and the team and monitoring and updating the customer's service, communication and incident management tools.

• Availability to work in person in Londrina;
• One of the following certifications: CSM (Certified Scrum Master); or PSM I (Professional Scrum Master level I); or equivalent;
• Proven minimum professional experience of 3 (three) years working in the job market, specifically in Information Technology;
• Graduation from a higher-level course in the Information Technology area, or completion of any higher-level course accompanied by a postgraduate course certificate (specialization, master's or doctorate) in the Information Technology area of at least 360 hours.
Desirable where there is no requirement for proof:
• Knowledge of agile practices such as: Incremental Design, Planning Poker, Refactoring, Automated Testing, BDD, TDD, Pair Programming, Ready Concept, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, collective code ownership, User Stories, etc.;
• SCRUM Framework;
• SAFe® Framework;
• KANBAN;
• Lean;
• DevOps.
