In this position you will be responsible for the commercial and financial management of Regional Key Accounts (retail) in the region (RS and SC).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Areas that play to your strengths
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
- Design and implement commercial plans aligned with Red Bull's strategic objectives, the main ones being: sales/volume plan, market share, days of inventory, profitability and execution.
- Control of performance KPIs and data-based decision making.
- Analysis of data market using tools such as Nielsen and Scantrack.
- Management and control of the financial plan, responsible for controlling the P&L and Value Chain.
- Leadership of Sales Executives ensuring high levels of service and execution.
- Negotiation of JBPs
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Commercial experience (preferably in Off Premise);
- Experience in P&L management;
- Experience with JBP;
- Strong results orientation;
- Good communication and interpersonal relationships;
- Advanced English.
