Job description

WORK FROM HOME

Pay: $1000

Industry: Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs) in the USA (Plumbing & Moving)

Full-time position. USA working hours.

Responsibilities:

- Set Appointments: Set up appointments between our sales reps & their decision-makers.

- Cold Call: Use a power dialer to quickly process many cold leads.

- Navigate Gatekeepers: Effectively navigate phone trees & bypass gatekeepers.

- Manage Calendar: Keep sales reps calendar updated & appointments neatly grouped.

- Manage CRM: Accurately record and update call outcomes, notes, and appointments.

- Follow Up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure attendance by leads.

- Email/DM: Loop back/re-engage on email/social DM (we automate all cold outbound emails).

Techniques:

- Use & Update Scripts: Follow a structured call script while maintaining flexibility.

- Partner with Sales: Work side by side with your assigned sales rep.

- Manage leads in Pipelines: Be familiar with managing lead status in a CRM.

Soft Skills:

- Target Achievement: Exceed weekly and monthly targets for appointments set.

- Feedback Loop: Give feedback to sales on lead quality and script effectiveness.

- Continuous Improvement: Learn from ongoing training and development.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or a related role

- Persistence and resilience in reaching decision-makers

- Familiarity with CRM software

Requirements:

- Good headset (noise canceling with mic)

- Quiet dialing environment
