Job description
Experiencing a significant period of expansion of its operations, the financial services company is looking for a new IR Manager with the aim of strengthening the company’s insertion within the investor community.
As Investor Relations Manager, you will play a crucial role in the integral transformation of the area, ensuring effective communication to strengthen the company’s reputation among its shareholders.
Main responsabilities:
Strengthen the company’s brand in the market, providing information that shows investors about the company’s health and investment potential;
Prepare materials containing the company’s main financial data and KPIs, assisting in the appropriate valuation and construction of the corporate image in the capital market;
Monitor and analyze financial market trends, identifying opportunities and threats that may impact investors;
Work closely with internal teams, including Finance, Legal and Corporate Communications, to ensure consistency of information and compliance with regulations;
Represent the company at conferences, roadshows, meetings with investors and financial market events.
Requiriments:
Leadership of IR structure;
Solid knowledge of financial markets and relevant regulations;
Ability to interpret financial data and present analyzes in a structured way;
Advanced English.
