Job description
We’re on the hunt for a tech aficionado with a flair for turning digital dreams into reality. You’ll be the in-house technical lead, visionary, and strategist for all owned digital brand platforms. To ensure the smooth, seamless running of a world-class technical infrastructure across all consumer-facing websites and mobile apps. To execute digital sales, champion technical innovation and implement digital marketing technologies that ensure we deliver wow brand experiences and revenue!
What you’ll do:
- Develop the strategy and vision for website and app
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital initiatives with business goals
- Provide technical expertise across all consumer-facing digital platforms, with specialist functional knowledge of all CMS systems.
- Lead & drive maintenance, improvement & optimisation of all owned digital platforms
- Drive and optimise the digital sales channel with technical expertise across the backend & inbound infrastructure
- Track, monitor, analyse and report digital brand platforms performance against KPIs
- Manage and mentor an internal team and digital agencies in an agile environment
- Stay updated with industry trends, incorporating new technologies & best practice
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations in digital platforms
