Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies for roof solar projects in alignment with company goals
Oversee project planning execution monitoring and completion within budget and schedule
Manage and coordinate with internal teams external vendors and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards
Identify and mitigate project risks to achieve successful outcomes
Prepare and present project reports to senior leadership
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Proven experience in solar project management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to make strategic decisions under pressure
Desired Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in roof solar project management
Experience in renewable energy industry is a plus
Has expericence in managing roof solar projects is an advanctage
