To help us fuel accelerated growth, Paysafe is currently seeking a Business Development Representative to join our Income Access division. As a provider of award-winning affiliate tracking and reporting software, Income Access, a subsidiary of Paysafe, has been a leader in the iGaming industry for over 20 years. in the role of Business Development Representative, you will support business development activities by:
- Identifying new sales opportunities in target markets and verticals through market research, competitor analysis.
- Driving new customer/partner leads by creating and developing one’s network.
- Achieving personal revenue targets to contribute to the achievement of the Company's sales objectives.
- Possessing a hunter mentality to close sales opportunities.
- Attending industry events and networking conferences.
- Demonstrating thought leadership and quickly find solutions to customer challenges.
- Working closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure new leads are properly configured and contracts are executed.
- Keep sales leads and opportunity progress updated on a daily and weekly basis for upper management.
- Regularly engaging with the Product owners to ensure that our products are optimized for the target markets and verticals.

- Develop and execute clear objectives that align with the Income Access strategy
- Able to balance the needs of the organization with the needs of the customers/partners
- Monitor changes in the market, regulation and business environment, and adjust plans, decisions and activities accordingly – understand potential impacts and opportunities for the organization's strategy.
- Use data to improve the quality of strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
- One (1) to Two (2) years’ experience in account management, sales, operations, preferably in the online gaming industry, e-commerce industries.
- Minimally a college degree in business administration or a related field
- High level of proficiency with Salesforce, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills with superior attention to detail and demonstrated ability to drive insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience working in Customer Support and/or Sales with a passion for operations - always thinking about how to make things better. You see a problem, have a bias for action, and have the confidence to go out and solve that problem independently.
- Experience working with budgets and sales targets.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish.
- Demonstrated experience in executing business strategies at local/regional level.
- Practical mentality, international mentality.
- Knowledge and experience with digital assets is an advantage.
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing is considered an asset.
- Experience of the regulatory environment in the iGaming industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English with strong editing and verification skills.
- Working knowledge of one or more of the following languages is considered an asset: Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Great networking and presentation skills.
- Strong work ethic with a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive and fun environment.
