Senior Product Specialist
This position is directly linked to customer experience and long-term partnership and requires a consultative approach to build a solution in line with the customer’s vision (mid/long term). Working together with Account Managers and Business partners, the MSS informs and recommends customers the latest technological innovations developed and its associated configurations, including the possible upgrades of the installed base, attending the complaints and inquiries made, to obtain a higher level of customer satisfaction and contribute to achieve the sales targets.
In this role you can expect a dynamic environment with constant interactions with different areas of the organization and face to face meetings with business partners across the Brazilian market. Furthermore, you will be able to lead technical discussions with top-tier hospitals in the country.
Performance management of assigned portfolio of products, solutions, and services by enabling the shift from technical features to care pathways.
Develop and execute the capabilities development plan to transfer product/solutions expertise to Account Managers and Business Partner.
Prepares and delivers accurate business forecasting via accurate lead and opportunity management.
Monitor competition and changes in the industry to provide effective feedback to the sales and marketing organizations.
You're the right fit if:
You have acquired 3+ years of experience in medical devices technology, healthcare or MedTech products or solutions including ICU and OR as well as a broad knowledge of products and services within Patient Monitoring, Cardiology Solutions, and Interoperability & Connectivity Solutions.
You hold a bachelor's degree , preferably related to commercial and/or healthcare technology areas and a LEAN certification.
Your skills include customer focus, problem solving, dealing with Change, impeccable stakeholder management, prospecting and Acquisition, portfolio strategy, activation and optimization, portfolio lifecycle management, Product, Solutions, and Services Acumen.
Advanced English Level
This position aims national coverage and focuses on face-to-face customer interactions and eventually internal meetings in the office that is located in Barueri, São Paulo, the selected candidate must be based in São Paulo and travel to different states is also part of the scope.
