Background
•Experience in manufacturing processes and technology.
•Strong knowledge about practical use of MES systems.
•Skills in areas such as manufacturing automation, digitalization, and process analysis.
•Strong analytical and systemic problem-solving skills with clear passion to develop and drive changes.
•Proven leadership skills in areas of training and education.
•International experience, working with different countries and cultures.
•Fluent English language, written and spoken. Portuguese and/or Spanish highly desired
•Great level of soft skills to be able to communicate effectively across stakeholders.
•University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field with experience in a quality-oriented position.
•Willing to travel one week per month on average.
• Preferred location: Brazil
Responsibilities
•Work closely with business management and departments on validation approaches and solutions that add value to clients, and to project delivery.
•Partner with business clients and multi-disciplinary delivery teams to determine appropriate validation strategy and approach for specific projects.
•Creation, development, and execution of quality assurance plans in line with technical design and specification reviews.
•Conduct informal and formal testing of IT Manufacturing solutions.
•Execute test scripts, analyze test results, and determine the acceptability of results against pre-determined criteria.
•Execution, Review and Approval of Validation documents, including Exception/Deviation management.
•Initiate and implement Change Control activities in accordance with Quality Standards and Practices.
•Provide trainings for business user
