Job description
Position summary
Provide infrastructure and foundational application platform change management support for SAP landscape systems. Member of a global team.
Responsibilities
-Provide expert communication, consulting and support to portfolio and project teams.
-Provide support on changes to the technical teams, system owners and stakeholders
-Assess the impact of a change and readiness for a change
-Create and execute a change management strategy
-Harmonize logistics changes for SAP landscape systems along with other components (Network, OS, Database and etc)
-Provide governance metrics and reports for different audiences
-Analyze and approve changes accordingly to the best practices, processes and criteria
Qualifications
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Coordination skills
-Ability to multi-task and manage workload under time pressure and changing priorities
-ITIL certification (Desirable)
-Change/Incident management tool (E.g: ServiceNow, ITSM)
-Have worked with Agile methodology
-IT infrastructure
-3-5 years of either change management or project management previous experience
-BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
Skills
Excellent Communication, people engagement, sense of organization, analytical and nice to have ITIL experiences/background
This role includes, but is not limited to the following:
- Plan and/or review and approve foundational changes impacting SAP systems
- Plan and maintain annual SAP system change calendar with IT and business stakeholders
- Plan and coordinate Disaster Recovery processes for SAP systems
- Plan and coordinate system copy-back activities for SAP systems
- Plan and coordinate Service Pack Upgrade activities for SAP systems
- Coordinate yearly change freeze practice for SAP systems
- Issue global communications to IT support and key system stakeholders about system availability, major changes and other significant events
