Job description
Responsabilities:
This Position has various responsibilities within Global Corporate HR:
- Technical Improvements: Active collaborate on enhancing Global Human Resources Information Systems through process mapping, business requirements gathering, solution designing, testing, and configuring HR system enhancements in line with business processes, considering data privacy, and ensuring a user-friendly experience.
- Quality Assurance: Perform checks on system configuration and test release changes to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Security and Permissions: Maintain system security and permission roles, ensuring Role-Based Permissions are up to date.
- Collaboration: Work closely with People Leadership, system administrators, and specialists., and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- External Consultants: Oversee external consultants' work to ensure alignment with guidelines.
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system upgrades, releases, fixes, and enhancements.
- Training and Support: Provide technical support and training to colleagues, including those from other departments, to ensure knowledge transfer and alignment.
- Stay Informed: Stay updated on technical changes and enhancements in relevant modules, collaborating with third-party providers.
- Documentation: Create and update documentation regarding system behaviors, configurations, release changes, and related processes.
- Activity Management: Adhere to the current activity management model and maintain proper activity records.
- Compliance: Ensure global compliance with established policies, procedures, and governance.
This role involves technical expertise, collaboration, and adherence to standards to enhance HR systems effectively and maintain data security and compliance.
Skills
- ServiceNow HRSD Expertise: Proficient in ServiceNow, particularly in ServiceNow HRSD, with a minimum of one years of hands-on configuration experience. Experience in leading implementations is a bonus. Willingness to act as a backup in SuccessFactors modules when needed (Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, Goals e Compensation), including possibly other systems.
- HRIT Knowledge: General understanding of IT concepts, XML concepts, and integration concepts.
- HR Process Knowledge: General knowledge of HR processes with the ability to analyze and understand both business processes and functional/technical requirements.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills and the ability to relate process architecture to solution design frameworks.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Project Management: General understanding of project management, including process mapping and requirements gathering.
- Multilingual: Fluent in English and at least one other language.
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships both internally and externally. Effective communication with technical and business audiences at all levels of the organization.
- Documentation: Excellent documentation and written communication skills. Ability to work with substantial amounts of data.
- Microsoft Tools: Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office 365.
- Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification in Human Resources Information System.
This role requires a comprehensive skill set encompassing technical expertise, project management, communication, and HR process knowledge, with a must-have hands-on experience in configuring ServiceNow HRSD.
