Receivable/Collection Specialist (In-person) Full time, Florianopolis – Brazil We are a global supply chain solutions company founded in Seattle US, that consists of highly inspired, and STEM-educated individuals who can help our clients solve any problems and provide better solutions for their logistics needs. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to make a significant impact, playing a crucial role in our operations. As a Receivable/Collection Specialist, you will Keeping track of accounts and forming statements. Auditing incoming equipment providers’ invoices. Email and phone conversations with company clients. Providing quotes. Submit company's charges at the customer's payables portal when necessary and track payment status. Investigation, persuading debtors (payment plan, using legal instruments of obtaining payment). Fulfilling various tasks from the management. Defending the interests of the company. About You ·Law Degree is an advantage. ·Experience in Law/Logistics or Collection. · Fluent English (No lower C1 level). ·Ability to think strategically and solve problems. ·Excellent time-management and organizational skills. ·Know how to work collaboratively with team members. ·Results-oriented mindset, mature approach and responsibility.
