Director of International Finance

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Corporate FP&A, the Director of International Finance will be responsible for driving the financial management of current international markets and the strategic financial modeling of future global expansion. This is a highly visible position to senior leadership and to our colleagues in the Ferrero Group. A successful candidate will have the ability to use their financial acumen and technical skills to help the team make the right investments to drive and sustain growth in the long term. Just as importantly, a successful candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, strong analytical skills and the ability to find holistic balanced solutions to business problems.

• Partners with international sales/marketing leadership to drive brand growth and profitability
• Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making
• Develops financial models and completes analysis to support growth initiatives
• Understands market dynamics and competition and incorporates those into analysis
• Explains complex financial concepts to non-finance partners
• Create or improve planning and development processes
• Evaluates investment opportunities for financial return and strategic fit

Experiences that will support your success

• Bachelor and/or Masters’ degree in Business, preferably Finance or Accounting
• 10Y+ expertise in top CPG companies, working on Brand/Sales/Corporate Finance
• Previous experience in Global/International Finance is strongly desired
• Experience leading successfully strategic cross functional projects
• Exposure to Leadership team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deliverables and priorities
