Job description

Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining accounting and tax/financial-related aspects
- Supporting month-end closing processes including the consolidation and the preparation of annual financial documents and tax reports
- Calculating and checking the monthly GP results and the related payback requests detailed analyses
- Leading processes with external accounting service providers, auditors and tax consultants
- Taking part in developing, implementing, and maintaining accounting policies and internal controls
- Ensuring detailed accounting documentation in supporting legal, regulatory, and audit requirements, and the submission of the annual FS
- Reviewing the payment proposals and signing the bank payments
- Supporting the budgeting process and monitoring the actuals
- Supporting implementation of ERP projects
- Working with multiple interfaces within the organization
- Responsible for designated regions, while working in collaboration with the team members to support all regions and the HQ processes
- Ad-hoc projects
Requirements
- Native/Fluent English – speaking and writing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent multi-tasking abilities
- Highly motivated and out-of-the-box thinker
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in accounting & Economics/business
