Job description

Our client is a leading health tech company revolutionizing the healthcare industry in Latin America. Reporting to the CEO, this professional will be responsible for guiding financial planning, risk management, and investment strategies, ensuring that continue to grow and innovate in the fast-paced health tech landscape. The main responsibilities of this professional include: Formulate the company's financial strategy, observing risks and implications, in line with company strategy, performing accurate allocation of company assets. Support the CEO in the preparation of short, medium and long-term financial plans, supporting dialogue with the board of non-executive directors and ensuring said plans are realized; Maintain active dialogue with the board of non-executive directors and Governance Committees, providing accurate information as to the financial perspective, and pre-readings that objectively portray the entire picture, including potential scenarios for the short, medium and long term; Permanently manage capital – acquisitions, mergers and disposal, evaluating the cost-benefit of operations, as well as whether acquisition targets fit within the medium and long-term strategic vision; Plan, organize, manage and control the activities of areas under your responsibility (FP&A, treasury, accounts payable and receivable, accounting, costs, purchases, M&A and IR, establishing policies and monitoring actions, to ensure achievement of objectives and established goals); Act as a partner of the business areas, helping to understand not only the cost structure and leverage points, but also which parts of the business generate incremental results for the company, supporting the development of activities in the other areas. Excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong academic background and proven experience in invested companies by private equity funds, particularly with fast-paced growth and/or tech industry. Proactivity, leadership, strategic vision, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong negotiation skills, diplomacy, and excellent interpersonal relationship skills (both internally and externally) complete the profile. Proficiency in English is mandatory.
