We are  Quadcode , a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Now we are looking for a dedicated and motivated  Influencer Marketing Manager to join one of our brands -  IQ Option .

Tasks in the role:

• Drive the acquisition of new affiliates, including bloggers, influencers, and agencies, through strategic outreach and relationship-building;
• Develop and support affiliate offers, overseeing negotiation processes and managing contract agreements;
• Conduct thorough analysis of traffic patterns to optimize affiliate performance and enhance overall program effectiveness;
• Generate engaging and targeted publications on various social media platforms to promote affiliate programs and foster brand visibility;
• Monitor and evaluate competitors' performance in the affiliate marketing space, staying informed about industry trends and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Requirements: 

• Experience in influencer marketing and digital marketing;
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Energetic individual with a proactive approach;
• Native/bilingual proficiency in Portuguese language;
• Familiarity with the Forex, gambling, and FinTech industries would be an advantage.
