Job description
Incubation (Massive):
As an Incubator, you need to lead the way for new sellers to become a qualified e-commerce participant on Shein. To develop sellers by creating unified materials and training to enhance the seller's experience on the platform.
Responsabilities:
- Teach sellers to adapt to the cooperation with SHEIN.
- Ensure sellers understand SHEIN's policies.
- Enhance seller experience.
- Have better guidance materials for each issue, and localized translation of materials (payment, logistics, products (up-selling, follow-selling, price control process).
- Be responsible for providing weekly live training on the complete process.
- Be responsible for holding a live Q&A session every month.
- English is mandatory, mandarim is a plus.
