Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and objectives.
- Lead coach and mentor a team of sales representatives to drive performance and exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales strategies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance forecasts and market insights.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Resultsdriven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
