WORKPLACE
Lisbon, Portugal.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To guide and work alongside our product teams in continuous improvement, aiming to add value rather than just deliver software;
• Assist Product Owners and teams in understanding their needs and helping them improve individually and as a team;
• Protect the team from external noise and help establish proper communication channels with stakeholders;
• Help build a safe and trusting environment where feedback is open, and everyone feels their needs are understood rather than judged;
• Be involved in team decisions; everyone should be able to contribute to the team, regardless of their experience in this industry.

WE REQUIRE A PROFESSIONAL WITH:

• Previous experience working as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or a similar role;
• Ability to communicate about organizational challenges and collaborate in finding solutions;
• Proven history/experience/cases of team workflow mapping and optimization;
• Proven records of using workflow metrics (CFD - Cumulative Flow Diagram, Burn down, Burnup, Histogram, Flow Efficiency, Lead Time, and Cycle Time);
• Knowledge of JIRA;
  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
