- Responsible to provide on-site support for installations, repairs, maintenance, and training as required.
- Provide first line technical support to field engineers and customers using technical documentation, telephone support and remote diagnostic tools.
- Provide professional technical support by visiting the Bruker customers with installation, training, corrective and preventive maintenance in Brazil and in one second level in Latin America.
- Support regional and global customer hotline and provide 1st level support.
- Support to increase the Service contracts coverage and business.
- Support sales team for technical questions and aftermarket sales (e. g. upgrades business).
- Regular customer contacts to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Translate technical manuals and service procedures when needed.
- Prepare service and expense reports professionally and on time.
- Bachelor’s degree, Tecnologist or Technical in Electrical, Electronic, Mecatronic Engineering, Chemical/Material Sciences, equivalent military education.
- More than 2 years experience in customer service.
- Strong competency with complex systems technology to include electrical/electronics, mechanics, software and chemistry technology.
Skills & Knowledge Requirements :
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Motivated self-starter .
- Ability to speak and write proficiently in Portuguese .
- Advanced level to read, speak and write in English .
- Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- High level technical hardware , software and network skills related to X-ray instrumentation.
- Self organized , oriented to deadline.
