This Role Will Be Responsible For
As a Project Manager Digital Solutions, you will leverage your extensive experience in managing complex IT projects to drive forward the enablement of TKEs digital initiatives
You will work closely with various business stakeholders (e.g. DTX, PLM, R&D, Field) to scope the IT requirements for TKE’s customer and technician applications and implement these by managing internal teams and vendors
You will have an understanding of backend systems and integration to enable customer solutions
The candidate will manage scope, budget, vendor relationships and regularly communicate with our internal customers.
You will draw on your expertise of design thinking, agile project management and user experience design to champion innovation in IT and promote the digital agenda
Must Have
Degree in business administration, computer science or equal business experiences
Several years of experience in delivery of complex projects (waterfall, iterative, hybrid, agile), preferably global in nature
Experience in applying design-thinking and user experience design
Consulting experience or mindset with the ability to effectively collaborate with business and IT partners and to foster strong relationships with them to aid successful project delivery
Strong presentation skills and confidence in dealing with executives
A proactive, flexible and independent working style, requiring limited guidance and with the ability to perform tasks to a high degree of accuracy
You are a team player with a collaborative and pragmatic style, strong analytical and strategic skills
You are experienced in managing stakeholders in a multi-cultural global environment, previously worked in matrix function is beneficial
Fluency in English (written and spoken; Minimum level: B2);
