Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic HRD plan that supports the organization's objectives and fosters a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Design and deliver training programs workshops and resources to enhance employee skills competencies and performance.
- Identify talent development needs through assessments feedback mechanisms and performance evaluations and create tailored development plans.
- Collaborate with departmental leaders to assess skill gaps develop succession plans and implement talent management strategies.
- Lead initiatives to promote diversity equity and inclusion (DEI) within the organization and ensure equitable access to development opportunities for all employees.
- Utilize metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HRD initiatives and make datadriven decisions to optimize program outcomes.
- Stay abreast of industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in HRD to continuously improve and innovate our programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Organizational Psychology Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience in a leadership role within Human Resources Development or Talent Management preferably in service industry
- Strong communication interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to engage and inspire employees at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and learning management platforms.
- Experience working as a Trainer is an added advantage in a Service Industry.
