I am a Talent Analyst looking for people in Brazil for a Mid Tester position to work on a project in the educational sector.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and execute test plans and cases

- Work closely with the development team to identify and resolve defects.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes and practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality of software.

- Application of concepts such as the Test Pyramid

- Participate in International Projects with the Agile framework.

Requirements for this challenge:

- Experience in planning, controlling, specifying and executing web software tests (responsive)

- Good writing in English for test cases

- Knowledge of testing pyramid;

- Knowledge in defining and controlling team quality metrics

- Experience with the Agile framework;

- Experience in manual test for frontend

- Automated Web Testing (Selenium / Behat / Cucumber / Gherkin, or any other language) (or at least be interested in the area.

- English communication skills, both written and verbal for a Technical and Non-Technical audience.
