OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a

Display, Supervisor

to join our DSP Team! As a Display Strategist, you will be exposed to all facets of the business and be encouraged to learn and develop skills both within and beyond your role. You’ll be working surrounded by passionate, high-performing individuals. This role will be responsible for campaign strategy, launch, management, insights, and client/internal communications of assigned accounts to achieve client goals (mainly ROAS and revenue-driven). The ideal candidate is a flexible team player who will thrive in a fast-paced environment and wants the opportunity to continually learn and grow.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

8+ years of experience within the digital marketing and/or retail industries 5+ years of experience in programmatic media 3+ years of experience in leadership roles (people management) 3+ years of experience in client facing roles Direct work in media planning Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, vlookups) Analytical in nature, with the ability to spot patterns and derive meaning from data (our clients and partners are all in an ROI driven industry) *English proficiency required* — must be able to speak and write in the language fluently

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Meta, DV360, Google ADS or Google Analytics certification Experience interfacing with clients regarding display strategy and performance Track record of using data to craft narratives and drive decision-making Experience creating reports, presentations, and other customer-facing deliverables Intellectual curiosity, with a strong desire to both learn and experiment in a rapidly changing industry Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment Background in e-commerce or product-focused advertising Background in BI (strong analytical skills)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role will support our DSP team, contribute to thought leadership, define best practices, and drive implementation of new processes for internal and external workflows. In addition to day-to-day responsibilities, you will assist in training and mentoring team members and influence the development of the DSP product.

Team management & support 1:1's, health checks, reviews...etc Build out processes that support the team & overall teamwork flow. Retention support New AMZ features/campaigns Product/technology conversations Cross functional questions Making sure strat/CSM communication is strong/clear/proactive. Step in for retention support or larger client strategy/QBR presentations Proficient in quartile platform New ideas, ways to improve/build on existing tech. Stay on top of new releases in marketplace channels - new tools, campaign types, reporting, etc and knowledge share with team & clients. Collaborate with another team leads. Audits Provides support for team in all manners required. Clear communication & directives
