Job description

Role overview We are on the lookout for a tactical and dynamic Marketing Lead, specialized in the LATAM region, to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in operational excellence, aligning LATAM marketing initiatives with global strategies, especially in digital commerce. Key accountabilities ● Comprehensive Communication Strategy: Develop and execute both offline and online communication strategies, including lead generation campaigns and managing performance KPIs. ● Brand Promotion and Management: Elevate and maintain the brand's presence across multiple channels, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging. ● Event Planning and Execution: Identify and leverage opportunities for Flywheel products/brand promotion through event organization, enhancing brand visibility and engagement. ● Digital Presence Oversight: Coordinate and enhance the company’s digital visibility, managing website content, strategies (Flywheel LATAM page), email marketing campaigns, and optimizing SEO efforts. ● Internal Communication and Material Development: Support and improve internal communications, contributing to the creation of institutional materials that align with the brand's voice and vision. ● Alignment with Global Marketing Strategies: Work in tandem with the global marketing team to ensure LATAM initiatives complement and support overall company objectives. ● Analytical and Budget Management: Regularly analyze campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal performance and ROI, while efficiently managing allocated budgets. Skills, experience & qualifications required● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. ● A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on digital commerce in the LATAM market. ● Fluent in English ● Proven ability to execute marketing strategies and campaigns effectively. ● Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset. ● Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
