Position Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Accessories Graphic Designer to join our team. This role requires expertise in children’s accessories, experience working with major retailers, and boasting numerous licenses and brands reports directly to the Creative Director, and involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

- Only candidates that can provide a Portfolio with prior working samples will be considered.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Packaging Graphic Designer.
Technical Knowledge & Hard Skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing your creative and design abilities.
- Fluent in English, as you will be working with an international team and clients.
- Previous experience in packaging design and brand consistency is a plus.
- Highly motivated, creative, and capable of delivering high-quality work in a remote setting.

- Google Suite: Google Drive, Corporate Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive for Desktop.
- Microsoft Office: Word, Excel.
- Discord: Categories and Channels.
- Hubstaff: Web App and Desktop App.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to create line sheets for customer presentations.
- Design and develop different lines of products for children's accessories.
- Create detailed designs and specifications for items and packaging.
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
- Incorporate feedback and make necessary adjustments to designs.
- Assist in the production of marketing materials, catalogs, and advertisements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate fresh ideas into design concepts.
