Responsibilities：
- Develop acquisition strategy and management plans to engage creators and partners with livestream experience or strong potential.
- Oversee a portfolio of livestream creators, manage strategies of livestream best practices and ways to succeed on Kwai.
- Establish, manage, analyze, interpret and translate key quantitative metrics and business trends around creator performance into strategic insights that drive account growth.
- Lead, develop and execute projects.
- Define new processes for improving current workflows in order to drive strategic growth and scale the livestream community.
- Regularly communicate data-driven creator insights to team member and interface regularly.
Qualifications：
- Experience with companies/roles on Live Streaming, Content, Marketing, etc.
- Understanding of the influencer industry and Brazil 's entertainment scenario
- Ownership to cover the whole creator acquisition chain (strategy and execution plan elaboration, pitch, acquisition, retention, partnership)
- High engagement and interested in the industry and competitors developments
- Fluency in English – you will be working with the global Kwai Team
- Good excel skills and data-driven, analytical thinking and team player
- Strong communication and time-management skills. Creative, and energetic.
