Ensure local implementation of central Facility Management for energy Efficiency and KPIs.
Perform energy management (e.g. set plant energy reduction roadmap, setup and implement energy reduction projects) .
Promote sustainable energy initiatives and project concepts to the management.
Looking for new opportunities such as solar energy, use of biogas and biomass.
Building maintenance, such as.: Roof and gutter maintenances, Buildings paintings, maintenance of streets, path walks, parking lots, fences, gates, lightnings.
