Job Description
Along with the below listed responsibilities, the employee should conduct any other business related to the function as required by her or his supervisor.
- Responsible for level 2 support for global HR applications;
- Own overall incident management for the solutions in scope;
- Contribute to enhancements/change requests management and prioritization together with the business;
- Document requirements and propose technical solutions;
- End to end accountability for plan, build, delivery and run of enhancements/change requests;
- Monitor, identify and correct product/solutions/integration defects to maintain fully functioning applications;
- Create and maintain technical and/or user documentation to a high standard;
- Support HR applications run and implementations, solution upgrades
Implement required security measures to protect product/solution and to notify security experts of any problems.
Experiences
- Strong experience with Workday Human Capital Management (HCM);
- Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, inbound integrations, outbound integrations);
- Experience in integrations across different systems and platforms is a plus;
- Experience with Workday Absence Management and Workday Talent Management in a plus;
- Experience with Recruitment System (SmartRecruiters) and Learning Management System (Percipio) is a plus.
