We are looking for a Marketing Specialist in charge of global marketing vision for our event brands in Mexico with international partners. Through data-driven planning, agile management, effective communication, and market-leading, multi-channel campaign tactics, the Marketing Specialist will rally all internal and external resources to achieve revenue and audience targets.
Responsabilidades e atribuições - Responsible for executing marketing plans and actions for our visitors, exhibitors and digital communities
- Strategic marketing: lead driver behind the top-level marketing strategy for the brand overall; need to be technically adept and have a high comfort level with using multiple platforms and channels.
- Audience development: ensure clear value statements and customer personas are established and manifest in our customers’ digital journeys and campaign touch points
- Content and PR: develop PR, social media, and content marketing plans with internal and external resources, including release and editorial calendars, content development and oversight of related budgets
- Branding: own event look, feel, voice; develop and distribute brand standards, oversee for consistency across all channels
- Data & Analytics: oversight of all data capture and management-related activities and technologies for the brand including registration, data enrichment, post-event, and in-cycle standard and ad hoc analytics
- Partner Marketing: partner with Show Managers to optimize association and media relationships for audience acquisition and engagement opportunities.
Requisitos e qualificações - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communication, or related field.
- 3+ years of marketing leadership experience.
- Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work with multiple teams and take direction from multiple individuals and outside partners.
- Experience managing the following channels:
- Digital: web sites, mobile apps, SEM/SEO, IP targeting, etc.
- Social media: paid and organic content, editorial calendar management.
- Marketing automation campaign planning and delivery, including software such as Eloqua, Marketo or ExactTarget/Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Working with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Desired e xperience in B2B events industries.
