Job description
- Account Management: Manage a portfolio of client accounts of internal email box, serving as the point of contact for technology demands.
- Understanding Client Needs: Deeply understand clients' needs and translate this information into viable technological solutions.
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, as technical support, sales, implementation teams to ensure effective delivery of solutions to clients.
- Problem Resolution: Proactively resolve client issues and concerns, ensuring solutions are delivered on time.
- Client Training and Education: Performs account AOW sessions
- Data Analysis: Analyze data related to customer performance, provide adhoc analysis, and feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular status reports and technical documentation to support technology account managers and effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Notifies customer accounts of product enhancement releases that changes services or enhances functionalities

Experiences
- Experience with account management, technical sales, technical implementation across product/service offerings
- Expertise in credit and debit card operations with emphasis on authorizations, clearing, settlement and fraud.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior knowledge of Power BI and APIs
