Job description
Responsibilities
• Assist the sales team in qualifying potential customers
• Provide technical support during customer meetings to address queries and concerns effectively.
• Understand customer requirements and define technical proposals, emphasizing the features and benefits of our solutions.
• Prepare cost estimates and commercial proposal to show how it meets client's requirements
• Help sales executives during the technical presentations
• Respond to a request for information (RFIs) or request for proposals (RFPs) from customers
• Determine the technical requirement to meet customer goals
• Conduct technical assessments of potential clients' existing systems and infrastructure.
• Identify any potential integration challenges and propose solutions.
Professional Qualification
• Communications Skills
Able to take complicated requirements and present them easily to customers.
Require written and communication skills to create sales presentations and verbal communication skills to present ideas and speak confidently.
• Analytical skills
Strong analytical skills to evaluate market news and understand customer requirements.
Align a customer problem with its offering to build a suitable technical solution.
• Teamwork skills
Work closely with the sales team to build relationships with customers.
Have deep knowledge of Data Transformation services and how to answer RFPs and RFIs.
Education/Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
• Relevant experience on doing projects pre sales activities
• Proven experience on defining projects solutions or project development
• Ability to assess client development needs; systems development and team building knowledge.
• Can assess client development needs
• Skilled in systems development and team composition.
• Advanced English language
