Job description

Committed to customer experience, operational excellence and corporate governance, the company is looking for a highly qualified professional to join its board of directors.
As a Board Member, you will be expected to bring your expertise in IPO and mergers and acquisitions processes to play a crucial role in corporate strategy, aligning the board’s vision with the company’s long-term objectives.
Main responsibilities:
Actively participate in the construction and continuous review of corporate strategy, providing insights to drive the company’s growth and sustainability;
Collaborate in the formulation, implementation and monitoring of corporate governance policies, ensuring compliance with best market practices;
Use your previous experience in IPO processes to guide the company in financial and governance strategies for entering the capital market;
Actively contribute to merger and acquisition processes, from identifying opportunities to successful execution and integration;
Contribute to the identification and mitigation of strategic and financial risks, ensuring that the company operates efficiently and is prepared to face market challenges;
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders, shareholders, investors and other board members, contributing to strengthening the company’s reputation in the market.
Solid professional history in executive positions and boards of directors, with an emphasis on technology companies, financial services, telecommunications, among others;
Experience as a counselor in companies listed on the stock exchange, with in-depth understanding of the challenges, requirements and opportunities of this environment;
Previous experience as President or Vice-President of Administrative Councils will be considered an advantage;
Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work effectively in a team;
Higher academic training and MBA/postgraduate degree.
