The Role

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for bringing in qualified traffic and generating leads in your assigned region. You will research and analyze the local market to identify key opportunities for our crypto casino brand, and work with the marketing team to develop and execute effective strategies to drive traffic and increase conversions. You will be responsible for building relationships with media partners, influencers, and other key players in your region to maximize exposure and increase brand awareness.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting research of the local market to identify key opportunities for our brand.
• Developing and executing effective marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase conversions.
• Working with the marketing team to create high-quality marketing materials that resonate with your target audience.
• Building relationships with media partners, influencers, and other key players in your region to maximize exposure and increase brand awareness.
• Attending and representing the company at live events and conferences to generate leads and build brand recognition.
• Utilizing paid advertising channels and other traffic sources to drive qualified traffic to our website.
• Providing regular reports and updates on your progress and successes to the marketing team.

Ideal Profile

• You have at least 2 years experience ideally in Digital Marketing, Brand / Product Management or Content Management within Media & Entertainment industry.
• You have the ability to develop engaging content for a wide range of audiences.
• You are a creative marketing professional, preferably with a strong content creation and writing background.
• Experience within Growth Hacking, CRM / Loyalty Marketing, Content Management, Content Analysis and Performance marketing would be a strong advantage.
• You have good knowledge of Other and Google Analytics.
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
• You are fluent in English and Portuguese to be able to liaise effectively to different stakeholders across the region.
• You have 3+ years of experience in marketing or related field, preferably in the online gaming or gambling industry.
• You have strong analytical and research skills.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You have familiarity with digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media, PPC, and email marketing.
• You have ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• You have willingness to travel as needed to attend events and meet with partners.
