This position is part of the regional supply chain team responsible for liaising with the regional and functional organizations focusing on material flows from and to the bases, and importations procedures thru Brazilian customs authorities. This position will be accountable to comply with importations procedures and its taxation obligations thru Brazilian customs and tax authorities not limited to coordinate imports under permanent or temporary basis, manage imports under temporary admission regime and its tax scheme and liability terms.

• Support regional fleet with any "hot issues" related to parts on a daily basis.
• Track and facilitate shipments of materials to the region. Understand breakdown in part delivery and propose recovery.
• Work solutions with brokers and freight forwarders to remove roadblocks and maintain part fluidity throughout the network.
• As required, provide part lists as per work packages in order to segregate parts upfront for heavy maintenance.
• Contact freight forwarders to organize shipments when needed (transportation function).
• Follow through with logistics and maintenance on outstanding unserviceable core units in order to ensure timely and accurate processing of unserviceable cores back into the repair cycle.
• Coordinate imports through Brazilian customs authorities under permanent or temporary basis.
• Manage aircraft imported under temporary admission regime and tax payment scheme.
• Accountable for aircraft and parts liability terms deadlines imported under special regime.
• Provide import taxes and expenses provisions and payments execution.

• Complete Graduation;
• 3 years of experience on the related activities;
• Advanced English.
