POSITION RESPONSIBILITES

• Manual entry of expenses and taxes;
• Review of invoices with SAP;
• Assist in preparing balance sheets and statements;
• Issue subsidy notes between companies;
• Organize documentation relating to the company's accounting;
• Prepare documents and carry out their accounting classification;
• Communicate with other internal departments to understand and discuss accounts, charges or discrepancies.
• Solve pending issues;
• Support to the analyst in preparing reconciliation;
• Support to the analyst, but with dependencies on internal and external auditors, promptly meeting their demands and obligations, ensuring compliance with the rules.

QUALIFICATIONS/ABILITIES

• Undergraduate degree/degree in progress in accounting, finance or related field.

• 1-2 years of experience.

• Understanding of accounting principles (IFRS) and current financial legislation.

• Good time management, communication and problem solving skills.

• Strong math and research skills.

• Basic computer skills with knowledge of accounting software.

• Organized and detail oriented.

• Ability to analyze data accurately and efficiently.

• Preferably bilingual, English and Spanish.

• Digital literacy, excellent skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
