Job description
We are looking for a highly skilled Procurement Analyst to assist us in managing various acquisitions essential for the smooth operation of the company, such as corporate travel and events, human resources services, marketing, and other necessary services. As a Procurement Analyst, you will be responsible for the:
- Purchasing Strategy and Execution: Plan and execute acquisitions in line with company policies and budgets, ranging from travel arrangements to various services.
- Evaluation and Negotiation: Analyze supplier options considering cost-effectiveness, quality, and regulatory compliance for purchasing decisions.
- Alignment and Collaboration: Collaborate with different teams to ensure the accuracy of acquisitions according to each department's needs.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure suppliers comply with labor, environmental, and safety laws.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong ties with suppliers, assess performance, and ensure quality.
- Budget and Compliance: Manage budgets, and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
- Evaluation and Reporting: Assess supplier performance, provide support in purchases, and prepare detailed reports.
- Information Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all purchase-related information.
- Development and Monitoring: Develop key performance indicators, monitor goal fulfillment, and propose improvements.
Requirements
- Educational background in administration, tourism, logistics, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in purchasing airfare, accommodations, event services, HR services, IT, and Marketing.
- Solid knowledge of travel reservations, booking systems, corporate travel/purchasing policies, and procurement systems.
- Advanced skills in organization, planning, and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint or similar.
- Ability to handle confidential information and maintain confidentiality.
- Skills in planning and budgeting.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is essential.
