Activities
- Lead a global team of 10 Sales Development Representatives;
- Lead strategic outreach to senior industry executives to convey the exclusive networking and business growth opportunities of GRI Club membership;
- Craft personalised messaging that resonates with the goals and priorities of real estate and infrastructure leaders, highlighting the bespoke experiences and high-level peer community;
- Consult with sales and marketing teams to devise targeted acquisition strategies focused on conferences, events, referrals, and partnerships;
- Manage early-stage engagement using a white-glove concierge approach aligned with premium brand positioning;
- Achieve key performance indicators for outreach targets, relationship cultivation, and lead conversion rates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business-related fields;
- Strong experience in high-end corporate events;
- Negotiation skills;
- Organized, flexible, agile, and dynamic profile;
- Problem-solving abilities;
- Demonstrates good positioning;
- Excellent interpersonal skills , the ability to navigate in a multicultural and international environment;
- Ability to leverage an international network of contacts for business purposes;
- Ability to juggle multiple parallel projects and act quickly and efficiently within a short timeframe;
- Fluent in English;
- Additional experience in international events is a plus;
- Availability to work in Campinas-SP, in a hybrid model (4 days in the office);
