The Amazon Prime Video team is shaping the future of digital video entertainment. Our mission is to offer customers the widest selection of digital video content including Amazon original content and make it trivially easy for them to enjoy it wherever and whenever they want. We are just getting started in Brazil with Prime Video, but have very ambitious goals to become a leading player in the video entertainment industry and delight our customers with a great service and broad content.
Supporting Prime Video for Brazil, this individual will be part of a lifecycle team and define work streams, processes and mechanisms to drive material improvements in customer experience. Responsible for leading engagement team in order to maximize Engagement, and coordinate activities (through O&O, Outbound & 1P, Cross-benefit, Product/UX) that improve customer journey and maximize lifetime value, whilst increasing settled conversion and reducing churn. Working with multiple teams (particularly CMT) to maximizing all Amazon titles across different placements and supporting O&O activities in their contribution to Acquiring and retaining customers (PV main O&O POC). This person will also be responsible to ensure a seamless and locally relevant experience to BR customers. A successful candidate will have deep expertise in customer relationship management and will be resourceful, team oriented, communicative and have the ability to work independently under time constraints. A self-starter who is able to prioritize and deliver on deadlines with minimal supervision, this person will have the ability to persuade and influence others. They will have a proven track record in successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. Key job responsibilities- 10+ years of experience in in online and/or consumer marketing, preferably with content subscription services and/or business management/consulting;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others, as well as managing and developing teams;
- Analytic and quantitative skills;
- Ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs;
- Fluent written and spoken Portuguese and English.
- MBA;
- Experience in the Media and TV industry/space strongly preferred experience with online retail a plus;
- Technology affinity and track record of employing systems to drive simplification and change;
- Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment;
- Expects and requires innovation of her/his team;
- Spanish.
