Job description
National company in the services sector with a consolidated presence in the national territory in a context of structuring its governance and accelerated growth, is looking for a new executive to act as Corporate Human Resources Manager.
Reporting to the CEO, your main challenge as Corporate HR Manager will be to promote best practices, in line with the main trends in the Human Resources area and the company’s strategic objectives.
Main responsabilities:
Develop and implement Human Resources strategies aligned with the company’s objectives, boosting organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction;
Manage competitive benefits programs and well-being initiatives that improve employee quality of life and increase retention;
Implement an effective performance evaluation system, providing constructive feedback and identifying opportunities for individual and collective improvement;
Ensure that all HR practices comply with current labor laws and regulations; Collaborate strategically with different areas of the company;
Demonstrate resilience in dealing with workplace challenges and pressures, maintaining focus on long-term strategic objectives.
Requiriments:
Experience in development projects, organizational culture and change management;
It is desirable to have consistent passages with large national companies;
Mobility to live in Caxias do Sul/RS.
