With a robust presence in Brazil, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our executive team as the Vice President of Operations and Sales. Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership:
Lead and optimize our operational processes, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service delivery. Streamline workflows to enhance productivity and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Sales Leadership: Spearhead strategic sales initiatives, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and expand market share. Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives. P&L Management: Take ownership of the Profit and Loss (P&L) for the Brazilian operations, demonstrating a keen understanding of financial metrics and implementing strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Portuguese, with exceptional communication skills. Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and representing the company with professionalism. Preferred Qualifications: Legal Background: Law school degree or attorney qualification preferred, bringing a unique perspective to legal aspects of business operations. M&A Experience: Proven experience in mergers and acquisitions, facilitating strategic partnerships and driving successful integration processes. Entrepreneurial Experience: Previous experience in operating a business in Brazil, showcasing a deep understanding of the local business landscape and regulatory environment. Requirements What will make you a good fit: Demonstrated leadership at a VP level or above in operations and/or sales within a software company. Strong track record of successfully managing P&L for a business unit. Ability to navigate the complexities of the Brazilian market and implement effective strategies for business growth. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset. Proven ability to build and lead high-performance teams.
