Job description
Airswift is seeking a Sr. Planning Analyst to work on a permanent contract in Rio de Janeiro with a major Oil & Gas Company.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop, from the initial stage, a complex EPCI project schedule, considering the BID phase, structured by WBS, contractual constraints, strategic clearances, simulations and alternative scenarios, with autonomy, considering total confidentiality and commitment to corporate rules;
- Implement Project WBS according to Expert guidance.
- Analyze proposal and contract documentation, and issue documents according to contractual requirements related to Planning;
- Ensure that any changes related to the scope of the IDB or contract are implemented and evaluated in the construction or project schedule, creating ways to easily identify in the schedule possible VOs ("Variation Order") generated by the client;
- Implement in the schedule the planning of suppliers, subcontractors and regulate the methodology of measuring progress according to the requirements of the customer's contract;
- Ensure efficient and good communication with suppliers and subcontractors to manage the compiled project schedule;
- Ensure efficient and good communication with various interfaces for the management of the IDB's compiled schedule;
- Perform scenario analysis considering different possibilities of subsea layout and/or sequencing of operations to support leadership in decision making;
- Develop the "Baseline" schedule together with the "Project Manager" or the "Project Control Manager", in addition to the re-Baselines depending on the progress of the project;
- Track the manufacturing packages of the project equipment to ensure consistency of schedules;
- Ensure communication with the Project Controllers to ensure the quality of project deliverables;
- Identify risks and opportunities in project planning;
- Obtain progress data and insert it into the activities of the schedule, identifying and evaluating the impacts, according to the contractual measurement methods;
- Identify scope changes and changes/corrections in the schedule, as well as their impacts and opportunities for the project, reporting to the "Project Controls Manager";
- Provide support to the Junior and Pl Planning Analysts as a more senior position, acting as them, when necessary;
- Participate in internal and external meetings in order to ensure the correct alignment of the schedule;
- Prepare and issue the Planning Closeout Report;
- Ensure consistency of the standards of the company's planning discipline across all projects as set forth in the company's procedure;
- Provide technical support to project team members and the planning team;
- Maintain, develop and disseminate the knowledge of the discipline in the organization;
- Develop action plans when necessary.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS - Graduation on Engineering, Administration, Economics, Statistics or correlative areas.
- Solid knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project
- Advanced Power BI
- Basic knowledge of Primavera Risk Analysis and Crystal Ball
- Knowledge of project planning and management
- Advanced English
- Notions of ProArc Planning module
