*It's part-time and remote work!
Shift system: 4-6h for each shift
Hourly pay：
1.5 USD/h for day shift
2 USD /h for night shift(20:00-8:00)
*We also welcome undergraduate and housewife as long as u want to make some money! And candidates who can work on weekends are preferred!
Job Responsibilities:
1. Reply to user inquiries online and answer user questions;
2. Collect and feedback user suggestions;
3. Deal with abnormal problems of user feedback;
4. Feedback and handling of daily user reports;
5. Review the information submitted by users and other information of the platform, and clear the violation informatio;
6. Collect feedback of violation information and assist to optimize the violation thesaurus.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above, major is not limited;
2. Skilled use of excel, word and other work software, typing speed;
3. Strong ability of understanding and hard-working. Be able to adapt to shift work;
4. Strong sense of responsibility;
