As a key member of our team, you will spearhead our efforts to maintain the highest standards of excellence in every aspect of our operations. We're seeking a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end QA processes for a wide range of Localization and Data Services projects.
- Initiate and execute planned verifications and tests, making adjustments for scalability, functionality, and usability.
- Report quality issues (quality process or performance).
- Analyze and evaluate statistical reports to proactively identify and improve individual and team results, to improve client satisfaction.
- Make recommendations for revisions or improvements, based on client feedback.
- Reports time and other process performance data on a daily basis as required.
- Support the Quality Team with other tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years of professional work experience, ideally in a similar role.
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with AI Data Services - data labeling and annotation, written and spoken data collection for training and testing AI models.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Solid understanding and hands-on practice of QA models.
- Hands-on knowledge & experience with computer-aided translation (CAT) tools as well as Translation Management Systems.
- Excellent web research skills and analytical abilities.
- Strong analysis and autonomous problem discovery and solving skills.
- Must be a self-starter, self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
