The PPGCosmo is an international PhD program focused on Astrophysics, Cosmology, and Gravitation, designed to equip students for successful international scientific careers. The program offers diverse research topics from theoretical to observational aspects within the field, including involvement in major collaborations such as LIGO, Virgo, Einstein Telescope, J-PAS, Euclid, LSST, Pierre Auger Observatory, SWGO, and CTA.
Currently, we are offering three 4-year PhD positions starting in August 2024. Each position comes with a monthly fellowship of R$3100 (net value). The academic structure includes supervision by a professor from a Brazilian institution and co-supervision by a professor from an international institution.
