Job description
Due to the development needs of Cainiao's local business, we are looking to hire a Commercial Procurement specialist responsible for the procurement of engineering categories and warehousing/distribution elements in Latin America. You will be working in Brazil and report to the head of the Procurement Team/ Business Development Team.Your main missions would be to:1. Responsible for procurement in the engineering categories and warehousing/distribution elements, ensuring the procurement process is compliant and fair;2. Responsible for liaising with business colleagues to clarify business needs and develop appropriate procurement strategies to execute the procurement;3. Responsible for interfacing with suppliers, in charge of sourcing suppliers, and guiding them to successfully complete registration, quoting, contract signing, and other tasks;4. Responsible for handling procurement-related queries & consultations for business colleagues in the engineering category.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS● Possess good English and Portuguese language skills,● Advanced negotiation and communication skills,● Responsible at work, down-to-earth and sincere in character.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS● Experience in procurement, preferably in the logistics industry or a related engineering field, if possible.● Chinese or other languages are preferred.● With cross-departmental cooperation ability, team cooperation consciousness; have good pressure resistance ability, can adapt to the rapidly changing enterprise environment;● Able to quickly familiarize with new teams and business scenarios, and lead the team to complete tasks related to the undertaking center;● Multi-project management ability, horizontal resource coordination and promotion ability;
Job Requirements:● Bachelor degree or above● Fluent English/Portuguese, Chinese is preferred● Negotiation skills, communication skills● 2 years working experience (Depending on the interview), previous experience as a purchaser preferred
