WHAT WILL BE YOUR DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position will report directlly to: CEO Manage local and remote teams, motivating, developing them; Craft and implement Marketing Plan, aligned with company's strategic plan, focused in lead generation and convertion metrics; Responsible for the area's budget, analyzing performance, monitoring metrics, ROI analysis and building regular reports proposing continuous improvements; Develop and implement marketing strategies, taking care of our brand positioning, analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns (datab= based) to propose improvements with the main goal of generating and converting Leads; Mapping and evaluating conferences opportunity for leads acquisition; Ensure that the result is delivered regardless of the situation or what needs to be done, always articulating the situation and always looking for the necessary resources to overcome the results. WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE/BE/KNOW: Bachelor's Degree in: Engineering, Economic Sciences, and related field; Advanced level of English, proficiency proof (TOEFL, TOEIC, Duolingo, among others...) will be a plus Proven experience in SAAS marketing and sales for small and medium-sized companies and proven experience in Lead Generation. Branding and product launch knowhow will be a plus; Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams; Proven experience in marketing and sales leadership roles, with a track record of driving business growth; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with a strong track record in achieving challenging goals.
