The Functional Consultant role will support o9’s America's based customers post-implementation to ensure customer success and support. Also, ensure the effective operation of o9’s solutions. Will work closely with product development, product management, and services/support teams. The successful candidate will get to work directly with o9 clients on a daily basis via phone and occasionally in person. What you’ll do for us… Own the executing experience with regards to implementing planning applications. Responsible for solution usability and uptime by resolving any customer issues in a timely fashion, ensuring the accuracy of data loads, and validating the e2e workflows. Ability to identify any design issues in the existing setup and solve the business problem by providing breakfixes. Be the single point of contact for any platform level upgrade/patch/hotfix. Ability to convert business logic to technical platform design, including knowledge of platform infrastructure Work closely with principal consultants and configure the o9 platform based on the change requests/enhancements post-go-live and deliver them to solve deep operations/supply chain problems. Create and execute workflow and data analytics test-cases. Work on bugs/issues and track progress at resolving issues using the support tools. Support Super User and End User on their daily system usage, for a global user base. Actively help in improving internal processes and product features based on customer feedback by interfacing with the development and operations teams. Mentor junior analysts/consultants to familiarize them with technical and business aspects of a project. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of industry best practices, business processes, o9’s solutions, technical architecture, and value proposition. What you’ll have... Education : 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics or a closely related discipline; OR a Master Degree is the above fields with 3+ years of experience Experience: 3 years of experience supporting or implementing knowledge graph-based supply chain planning solutions is required 3 years of knowledge of spreadsheets and software (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets), document processing (Microsoft Word, Google Docs), and presentation (Microsoft PowerPoint) is required 1 years of statistical, Optimization and Simulation skills through software tools and packages like R, Python, SAS, CPLEX or similar is required Previous experience with implementing planning applications is preferred. Firsthand experience leading a team providing post-go live support is preferred Understanding of ITIL concept is preferred 1 year of experience in databases (SQL Server, MySQL) is required Skills: Fluent in one or more languages like SQL, MDX, T-SQL or similar is preferred Strong analytical techniques, data mining knowledge and proficiency in handling and processing large amounts of data. Proficiency with Data Visualization tools like Tableau and/or Power BI is preferred. Strong verbal, written, presentation and demonstration / training skills are required Ability to communicate mathematical, technical or software usage concepts to audiences with limited prior mathematics, technical or software background is preferred What we’ll do for you Competitive salary and benefits.
