Hi, is Verónica from CI&T!I am a Talent Attracting Analyst looking for people located in Brazil for a Squad Lead position to join us!

We are looking for professionals with experience in project management, using agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, who act as a facilitator between the development team and the client, whether in gathering requirements and/or monitoring the development team through collection and analysis of metrics, ensuring execution of rites, removing blockages, updating control tools, root cause analysis, focus on continuous improvement, financial control.

Profile:

Requirements:

- Fluent English for conversation as this is a vacancy for an international client (interviews will be in English).

- Completed higher education in technology and/or equivalent work experience;

- Proven experience in project management (scope, deadline and quality) using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
