We are seeking a BI Developer to work with a high-performance team and help with the delivery of Analytics & Business Intelligence (BI) projects. You will be at the center of the CoE efforts to help improve the Powersports Group’s efficiency and generate value for the business.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

• Work with the Business Analyst to have a clear understanding of the data and business rules of the existing or future state solution.
• Develop data model using MS Power BI while leveraging best practices (Star Schema, Naming Conventions, Facts and Dimensions).
• Give recommendations related to Power BI datasets performance.
• Empower the other teams in BRP by giving workshops and training sessions around Power BI
• Design and execute the User Acceptance Tests (UAT) to ensure product quality as well as data accuracy.
• Work in coordination with the business units and the analytics team in an agile (Sprint) way to deliver on identified initiatives.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: 

• Good knowledge of the MS Power Platform suite (mainly Power BI).
• Good knowledge in querying databases using the SQL language.
• Problem solver with critical thinking skills including an aptitude to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic organization.
• Knowledge of DAX Studio (Recommended).

You will have the opportunity to work in hybrid mode, 2 to 3 days in the office.
